Development program consists of Accommodations, Casino, Conference Center, Restaurant, Bars, Business Center, Discotheque,Tourist Center, Boutique & Gift shop, swimming pools & health spa along with outdoor sitting areas, Band stand, kiosks, Gazebos and shelters.

Accommodations will include 144 suites of single & double room suites total 188 Bedrooms, each fronting onto wide balcony to enjoy the Ocean & Beach view (rain or shine). Accommodations provide a variety of single(100) & double(28) bedroom suites in the 128 Rooms Hotel block, and 16 two bed room villas (32 bedrooms) each with living room. Conference Center capacity is for 400 persons. Casino, Disco & Health Spa are grouped together in Club house structure with a direct public access. A large swimming pool along with a Bar-B-Q pit, poolside bar, several Gazebos, covered sitting areas & benches throughout the property. Restaurant capacity is 280 persons, Disco for 100 persons and Business center will have 12 offices for rent.
