of making a career change to an increasingly popular form of semi-retirement.

with the benefits of a new Bed & Breakfast or startup operation. We
will cover the many facets of running an Inn including: location, feasibility,
financing, startup operations and marketing.
The right mix of these subjects will introduce you to the wonderful
world of being your own boss as an Innkeeper. |

Seminar cost: $489.00 per couple or $389.00 per person, Both include
all seminar materials. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within two weeks
of seminar. After that time, monies will be applied to a future seminar.
